Embark on a cultural journey at the Türkiye Pavilion! Enjoy live performances and interactive experiences showcasing Türkiye’s vibrant traditions. The Ezgi Folk Dance Group, with its nine new members, brings traditional Turkish dances to the stage. Discover traditional crafts with Hatice Erdoğan’s pottery-making demonstration and a master artisan showcasing handwoven carpets and kilims. Be captivated by the Turkish folk music performances by the Kanada Sanat Band. Experience the UNESCO-listed Ebru (marbling art) through Hacer Atar Özcan’s unique presentation and witness the art of traditional Turkish calligraphy as a master calligrapher writes guests’ names on special paper. Don’t miss the Traditional Turkish Bazaar, where handmade treasures await. Dive deep into Türkiye’s culture and traditions at Carassauga!

Enjoy the hearty taste of barbunya, a flavorful Turkish-style stewed beans dish. Try şakşuka, a delicious mix of fried eggplants, peppers, and tomatoes in a tangy garlic sauce. Indulge in stuffed grape leaves (zeytinyağlı sarma), a refreshing and savory classic. Warm up with a rustic Turkish flatbread filled with cheese, minced meat or potatoes (kır pidesi).
