ENTERTAINMENT:

At the Caribbean Pavilion, indulge in a diverse array of reggae, soca, and calypso rhythms that will ignite your soul. You will also experience a live fashion show, featuring beautiful national outfits to introduce you to the cultural heritage of many Caribbean islands. The children’s performance will put the island heat in your heart and Chris, the St. Lucian Fire Dragon will mesmerize you. You will not be able to keep yourself from moving to the rhythm of the islands played by Pannist, Dereck ‘Chiney’ Ayum. Get a sneak peek at Caribbean Carnival’s top Mas bands and their colorful masqueraders. The children will delight in the Kids’ Zone, where they will engage in crafts and fun activities.

Be sure to bring your appetite because nothing can stop you from enjoying the fabulous array of flavours, from spicy to mild or sweet decadence. Come for the ever popular Jerk chicken or curry goat meal or try the new Jamaican jerk fusion pairing sweet and spicy. Don’t miss out on the delicious taste of Trinidad &Tobago’s pholourie, fritters, corn soup, coconut water, sugar cane and much more from many islands. There is something for every palate!
