I am participating in the above Event as a volunteer at no cost to Carassauga Festival Inc. As a volunteer, I fully understand and agree to the following terms and conditions: · I fully understand that the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 16, Sched. A does not apply to volunteers at the above Event, and that as a result, I am not entitled to make any claims for compensation pursuant to the Ontario Workplace Safety and Insurance Act. · I hereby agree not to make any claim or take any proceeding against Carassauga Festival Inc., or other persons acting for or on its behalf, with respect to my service as a volunteer or the termination of such service. · I fully understand that film, photography, audiotape, or videotape of my image may appear in electronic form on the internet or in other publications both in and outside of Carassauga's control. · I undertake to hold harmless and indemnify Carassauga Festival Inc. from all claims, demands, causes of action, loss, costs, or damages that Carassauga Festival Inc. may suffer, incur, or be liable for in relation to any injury or property damage I may suffer, or cause in connection with my participation as a volunteer. I hereby release, waive, and discharge Carassauga Festival Inc. from all liability for all loss or damage, and any claims or demands for such loss or damage on account of injury to person or property. I acknowledge that I have carefully read this Waiver, Release and Indemnity Agreement, and agree with all of its terms and conditions.
